1) What happens if I buy the wrong part or I don’t need the part I just purchased?
No refunds, exchanges only on parts, no refunds on electrical parts, no labor paid on any new or used part, if you bought the wrong part you now have a spare. There will be a 25% restocking fee on correctly filled orders, by management approval only. All engines & transmissions are sold on an exchange basis, which means that you must return the old one or pay a core fee.
2) Will you deliver to my home?
We deliver to businesses that have accounts with us. Delivery fees apply; $25.00 local, $50.00 West Palm Beach & Miami-Dade Counties, we also export (fees may apply).
3) Will you install the part I just purchased from you?
We do install certain parts; auto glass, mirrors, headlights, taillights, door handles, window motors and regulators. We do have shops that we will recommend for more involved repairs and part installations.
4) Can I pick my own parts?
Due to insurance policies customers are not allowed in the yard.
5) I’m looking to buy a car can you inspect it and tell me if it is in good shape?
Yes we can, either at our shop or we will come to you within reason, there is a fee for that service (no guarantees or warranties are implied).
